FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail standard or tracked service (customers can choose the shipping method). Please note that the standard shipping method does not provide tracking details.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
International Standard Delivery

- Placing the order via Etsy allows for pre-payment of customs fees.

If you would like to return your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery

- You can return an item up to 14 days after receipt, provided your item is unused and in the original packaging
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
- Please obtain proof of posting at the Post Office. Returned items lost in the post will not be refunded
Undeliverable Orders
If you have any questions or conerns regarding your order please contact me.
- A returned undeliverable package, will be refunded (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving them back. You will be notified with an email to confirm we have the return.
- Returned undeliverable packages are unable to be re-sent. If the purchased products are still wanted, a new order would need to be placed.
- A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following 3 failed delivery attempts, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
